All personalized requests are custom made to your specifications. Non-personalized items may be customized; additional charges may apply.

Details for personalized orders should be in written in “Add Personalization” box prior to adding to cart. Be specific regarding the format of your message, as it will be stamped how you write it. Use list format for multiple orders. Do not include quotations marks unless you would like them included.

321 Simple Creations welcome requests for unique custom designs. It may be helpful to include a sketch of the desired object. Please message shop with the specific details prior to ordering a product with expectation of unique custom modifications.

All items are boxed for preservation during shipping. A small box with bow is provided for each item. Multiple items in same order will be combined into one shipping container. All items are shipped in corrugated boxes with recycled packaging to ensure safe arrival through the shipping process.

Packing receipt with order details are included within every package. If you wish to have a gift receipt, please mark sale as gift at checkout and if desired, leave personalized message to recipient in box provided. Please verify recipient address prior to checkout.

All items are hand crafted and made when ordered. If quantity desired is not available, please submit a restock request or message shop.

Labels are created via Etsy shipping service. All tracking information is automatically sent via email when label is created. Information is also located under the "you" tab and "purchases" in your Etsy account. Tracking information provides package location.

During holiday season USPS may experience delays. If your package is coded 'delivered' and you have not received it, check with your neighbors, call your local USPS office or file a claim. Issues arise when packages are delivered to package lockers in apartment complexes. Please be aware of when your package is arriving by checking tracking via USPS website.

If issue arises, I will work with you to resolve the issue but I cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

All items are handmade on a weekly basis, production time varies depending on the time of year and sales volume. Current production times is regularly updated in store front announcement, however during the busy season, especially holidays, it can be up to 2 weeks. www.321simplecreations.etsy.com

Production times do not include shipping time. If you need a RUSH order, message me, include a message at checkout and purchase upgraded Priority or Express mail shipping.

Upgraded shipping alone will not speed up production time but I typically pull these to the top of the pile. I am usually very accommodating.

Hand stamping differs from engraving, as engraving is typically done with computers and scratches away the metal's surface. Stamping is performed with a hammer and a steel punch, pushing metal rather than removing. Each steel punch, whether it be a letter, number or design has a specific size, detail and characteristics making them unique to themselves. All items made from this method are uniquely created, one hammer strike at a time. Although, I make every effort to make a perfect creation, slight depth or alignment variations may occur. Reproduced creations will be very similar but never identical.

Sterling Silver, Copper and Brass will all tarnish with exposure to certain environments and need to be polished. Jewelry should not be worn while showering, swimming, working out or applying products to skin, etc. Some individuals have more acidic skin and will tarnish jewelry items faster than others with more alkaline skin. In addition, jewelry should be stored in appropriate location away from moisture and humid environment, like a jewelry box, etc. Darken stamped impressions will fade if silver dip is utilized to clean tarnish from metal. With proper care, your jewelry pieces should have great longevity. Polish cloth is included with all sterling silver, copper and brass purchases.

Returns:

For Non-personalized items:
• Contact me within 3 days of receipt of package.
• Return label will be provided with tracking via message system and deducted from return value.
• Return within 14 days in original packaging.
• Buyer responsible for return shipping when manufacturing error is not present.
• Misrepresentation of product return, purposeful destruction of returnable item or improper packaging with result in loss of refund.

For Personalized items:
• Non-refundable unless manufacturing error is made.
• Contact me within 3 days of receipt of product.
• Provide photograph of error.
• Corrected product will be sent with 24 hours.

Due to the pandemic, many people ask if I can ship through other shipping carriers besides the USPS. Etsy has a contract with USPS and FedEx but I am able to ship via all 3 services.
